Lovely building, outstanding stuff and location. I got free upgrade and loved it. The friendly check-in too. Plus their wifi was free. Location adjacent to restaurants as well as all the shops. Also, I had easy access to a bustling square;))

comfortable hotel with prime location close to everything in the downtown san francisco district. we had a spacious bedroom. great food for breakfast, loved it.

This convenient hotel worth its 4 stars, everything was great. Lovely bed, bright bathroom and crisp sheets and heating in the room. Walking distance to shopping malls and a market across the street. Also, it was only a short distance to a cathedral church: )

I was happy to have a large and the staff were incredibly helpful. Bed was amazing, I enjoyed it. Ideal location to a public square. Savoury breakfast combined with terrific service.

A very elegant hotel, we had a really nice stay. Enthusiastic staff and room was very specious and rather big. The airport was 16 miles away from here, unique location. Awesome breakfast, impeccable service.

very efficient staff, the room was nonsmoking and i appreciated unbeatable location. exceptionally comfortable beds, terrace, fridge and coffee were a nice touch. good food combined with helpful service. there was a modest restaurant, the markets and a shopping mall next door. also, chinatown was max 15 minutes walk to.
